We shipped a brand new correct item, the buyer claims wrong item sent and returned completely different used broken item. Robert Jacobs is nothing but a common crook.

Buyer Robert Jacobs is a total lunatic, makes false claims about the order in an attempt to get the product for free. Sends message stating the item is not as described, but in the same message says they are disabled, doesn't drive, and doesn't "Do Returns". Wants us to refund the payment so they can keep the item for free.
