Details: | This couple buys TONS of stuff on ebay, then emails the sellers saying some sort of damage, to try to get refunded without going through ebay's dispute system. They want sellers to "voluntarily" refund so that it goes under ebay's radar. They are RUTHLESS and have been doing it for YEARS. Nothing was damaged, other sellers know their scam, they get away because you can't leave them negative feedback, but look close at their feedbacks, some follow-up comments (in the positives) show sellers telling their sides of being RIPPED OFF by these two afterwards, because they get good feedback first just for "paying", their scamming comes later. I know several other sellers, besides myself, that got scammed by them. Their ebay user id "lilywoman51" has also been included on the bad buyer list on this site: http://therandomnews.com - for years!!!!! Beware of these criminals. They have now been reported to ebay and ebay will be getting a new escalation department that will look beyond feedback, and more into this buyer's communications with sellers to see the pattern of them constantly asking for refunds. They always word it something like, after saying some kind of damage, "Do you have another new one, or a REFUND would be better." And they resist sending anything back, and if they do, don't be surprised if you get a box of rocks. But really what they want, is their money back AND to keep the supposedly "damaged" item, which was never damaged. SCUMMIEST buyers ever, and I've been selling for 20 years. Google map their address, it looks like a small dumpy trailer home in a trailer park. Figures. Where they put all their free stuff they rip off from people is beyond me; unless they resell all of it using some other ID. Wouldn't surprise me in the least. I may also be reporting this to the USPS Postal General as mail fraud. I'm sure Connie and Philip would LOVE a visit from an investigator. |
