Buyer claimed the unit was not working, defective pump and not dissipating heat at all. I tested the unit to work right before shipping and was using it a system before that and it worked flawlessly. Even after troubleshooting with buyer, to make sure the unit was installed properly, the buyer insisted it was installed correctly. After receiving the unit from the buyer I tested it and the pump which buyer claimed to be defective powered right up. I thermally tested it on a system and it worked flawlessly.
