| Details: | Purchased item on 25.Jul.22. Item was sent by registered mail with tracking (RI311554202BG). Buyer Opened NRI (Non-received item) case on 22 Aug. stating he did not receive the item. Unfortunately, since ~2014 Canada Posts does not track this type of otherwise fully tracked international mail. I asked how the buyer prefers me to solve the "problem", i.e. whether he wants me to send the same item again. I received no reply for a while, then buyer stated again he did not receive the package. His initial statement was he prefers a refund. Not wanting to keep him waiting, I sent a full refund. I started an official investigation for a lost package at my end. The official investigation was finished on 2 March 2023. The result is the above package was DELIVERED on 08.Aug.2022, two WEEKS BEFORE the buyer opened the NRI case. I'm not sure about one thing - what was the correct word to describe a person like this: SCAM or SCUM ? |

Forgot to mention, before I refunded him, this buyer also agreed on sending me back the money if he receives the items:
His exact email was: "A refund please! I’ll send the money back if I get the capacitors. Thank you"
Sooo... I guess I should be expecting to receive my money very soon ?

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. I will notify the buyer that their information is sent to the public so they can calms agains the seller either have account banned or sue

So, you are defending the rights of a 100% proven SCAMMER ? Actually, the only one who should and can be sued in this case is the buyer. :)
BTW, I don't see any personal information here. There is no full address, there is no personal email, there is no SSN, and there is absolutely nothing YOU should be concerned about.
