Tracking shows delivered but the scammer said they didn't receive.

I actually didn’t receive the product FYI! You took my money I requested it to be canceled after 3 months!!! How dare you post my personal information for Google! I have pictures of not receiving the item! Not only that but security cameras! Fucking rude canceled the request twice for my money back! Never got my money or the product (a lighter) And never sent another! I did however get the one off wish! Absolutely disgusting this person who wrote this is!!! Get a life!

And FYI I emailed you Jan 15th three times once cause it said the email wasn’t received. Not only that but I didn’t buy the wrong item I wanted the lighter but they didn’t give me any other option when canceling the item! Buyer Jacquie Nestrovich is a total lunatic, makes false claims about the order in an attempt to get the product for free. Sends message stating the item is not as described, but in the same message says they are disabled, doesn't drive, and doesn't "Do Returns". Wants us to refund the payment so they can keep the item for free.

Jacquie Nestrovich ripped me off. She said that she did not receive her order. I had no choice but to refund her as the item was inexpensive and I did not send it with tracking. Jacquie Nestrovich is nothing but a shoplifting petty thief. I wished I had researched here before shipping as I can see that she had robbed a lot of other sellers as well.

Buyer Jacquie Nestrovich purchased pair of brand new with tags The North Face etip Gloves. Immediately upon receipt, buyer took picture of used and soiled Reebok gloves along with our business card insert and messaged us, "These gloves are Reebok?? I ordered North Face". Buyer wanted to return the old used item. Buyer is a scumbag crook.
