Had item sent to click and collect location. Over two weeks later received a return notification claiming she 'changed her mind' with a fake Royal Mail tracking number. So she gets to keep the item and receive a refund from me. I'm sure it's not the first time she's pulled this stunt. Fraudulent buyer, sellers beware!
