When it comes for disputes (1) make sure you have signed proof of delivery and ship it to the credit card's billable address. Dont let the buyer make the decision, you make the decision. If they dont like it, tell them to go fuck themselves. You should state that signature confirmation is required on all orders of $xxx and any orders above $xx have a higher surcharge for restricted delivery. Also try to get these morons to sign a terms and condition page. At the last moment we found out a way to put it as part of the checkout processes. They do the checkout answer some simple questions, you put a link to the full disclosure and then get a physical signature . Then when you print out both the invoice and terms , you'll have the buyers' signature on both pages.
As long as you have that, there is no way these assholes can make disputes or file disputes against your policies. you have their terms of service and purchase agreement with their signature on it.
