| Details: | Customer writes and demands refund claiming she didn't receive items. Upon checking tracking we find not only confirmed delivery but a signature confirmation in her name. We wrote and informed her of this and her answer was that fedex shouldn't be leaving packages as they are frequently stolen. When we replied and informed her it was not left she signed for it she proceeded to file a atoz claim. Not sure what her game is, it is petty theft but it is still wrong. |

Another dumb ass trying to rip you off. The package was not lost she tried to con you into giving her a refund. You have to watch out as a merchant, credit cards all all buyer sided.

Unrelated, but she also illegally subleases her apartment. I didn't know this and subleased from her this past spring; she made up a bunch of violations so she could keep my deposit. As far as I can tell this illegal subleasing is her only source of income so it's no wonder she tried to rip you off.
Watch out for the emails kimina123@gmail.com and kiminia@alumni.princeton.edu (that's right, she's a Princeton grad but still has no job, pathetic).
