Be aware of this buyer! Especially international sellers!!
She orders an item and after you ship, she requests to cancel it. You can’t cancel it because the package is already on board. She takes advantage of the fact that international sellers can’t cancel the shipping in the middle of delivery.
Then the item is delivered and she files a to z claim saying she doesn’t receive it. Even though you have a tracking record of 'delivered', Amazon refunds the money and gives you a penalty. She has the item and the money. Perfect scenario!

Most of international sellers use USPS and USPS normally do ‘UNTACT’ delivery leaving the package in the front door/porch. So vulnerable.
We googled her address and are quite sure that even if USPS leaves the package in her front door, no one can steal it easily.
She is just a thief.
