Changes the name between Lau Win/Wing Kiu/Biu/You quite regularly apparently. Always uses a shipping forwarders address as well. If you're going to ship to anyone request tracking AND signature confirmation to cover all your bases after this guy inevitably claims your item as not received or not as described. Don't ship here at all though and run the risk of PayPal siding with him because it has happened many many times j. The past, just Google the names and countless blog posts come up!

I've sold to him in the past...googled him and noticed some suspicious activity so I shipped with signature confirmation and it was signed for - so, I guess I was lucky. He just purchased another CPU from me today and I'll do the same...signature confirmation.

Yep, this guy is stil at it. He purchased 3 different items and cancelled them all. So glad I dodged that bullet. I'm now questioning the other items i've already shipped to other Asian buyers, though nothing is coming up on a google search of their name and ebay name. Guess i'll find out eventually.

Just sent an i5 4590T to this guy, thanks for posting here I made sure to get signature confirmation and a tracking number from this guy.

Just posted an i5 processor (5 of them) for sale on eBay. Within 60 secs it was bought and paid for by Lau Wing Yiu. After research and finding this forum (and MANY others) I reached out to PayPal and eBay. I'm probably just going to refund him, add his name to my block list and move on. This is making the selling experience NOT a fun one, and they both take out fees? Gross.
