This user claimed to not receive an item, and lied to ebay stating that they had been contacting me with no reply. They never once contacted me to let me know they didn't receive their item, then filed a claim. I gave the refund so my eBay record wouldn't be impacted. This item shipped the day after payment was received. I've added them to my block list and suggest you do the same.
