Buyer is full of shit. A hacker would not place a claim after redeeming it, they would pay and then leave the account alone. Do not give anything to anyone, follow the procedures of the payment source and fuck these idiot buyers. they are scam artists. You can easily tell between the redeem and the falsified claim if it was back to back the buyer is a fucken bullshit artist thief!

Update: Because we followed seller protection rules, Paypal found case in seller's favor. Buyer issued a chargeback through credit card company anyway and Credit card company decided in buyer favor. Too bad credit card company is supporting a buyer-scammer. Not surprisingly, buyer also has a felony listing on Whitepages. Buyer has been reported to federal EC3 database, US Postal Service, and protonmail.
