Just remember when an item is not as described, the buyer must return the product back to the merchant in its original condition. Let the buyer do whatever he wants because he's not going to get anything back without returning the original product. Take all your emails with the header and report him to eBay. Tell the thief pointblank, that your going to report him to bother PayPal and Ebay and use his emails as evidence of him scamming. Everyone is so up the buyer's ass eBay wont do crap about it. But if he uses any negative feedback save the email and the message headers as well.
