Details: | Customer placed order on our website on 8/8 for a jersey. The jersey is white with printed name/number on it. Per the tracking, it was delivered on 8/10 at 12:37 pm. After the customer disputed this purchase, we tried to contact him on the phone number provided on the order and it is out of service. We followed up with an email on 8/31 with no response. He stated that the item was not as described and even after he checked a box acknowledging the item was not returnable/refundable he never contacted us to tell us he was unhappy with his purchase. Instead he disputed the charge and his bank sided with him. DO NOT SELL TO THIS PERSON. HE WILL KEEP YOUR MERCHANDISE AND FILE A DISPPUTE WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY! |
