Customer placed a $2636 order of a 99lb item (costly to ship). Amazon flagged the order as recommending signature. Sure enough after the item was in transit, customer asks to cancel because it will arrive "too late" and doesn't want to pay any restocking or return fee. Customer intended to commit fraud as they mentioned the carrier could perhaps leave it outside. So we put a stop on delivery and will eat the 2 way shipping cost to avoid further entanglement with fraudulent, shady buyer.
