We've even had the listing professionally translated into 8 different languages.

We have 30 Day returns + Fast & Free Returns. The ONLY WAY to get an "item not as described" or "Wasn't what I thought or Expected" is for the Buyer to NO READ THE LISTING OUTLINE

Buyer filed a Return & we immediately communicated with him regarding the "Not as described" assertion since that usually means a Tiny Phone device & NOT reading the listing. We called the Buyer several times & sent several eMails to him as well with our call-back info in the eMails. Buyer was never available when we called him & he never called us back either.

We got the return back (We pay for return shipping) & immediately issued a full refund (No restocking fee) even though the Buyer kept some items that we pack with the kit.

Then today (April 4th) we notice the Buyer left us a Negative Feedback. We sent an eMail asking why & got no reply so we called eBay & asserted eBay policy regarding our NEW RETAIL PACKAGED PRODUCT cannot be anything less or more than EXACTLY as our listing presents it to be & that the ebay Buyers feedback indicated he did NOT follow eBay policy to "READ THE LISTING" nor did the buyer ever communicate with us regarding the matter in the least.

We even notified the Buyer via his facebook business page for his Shop & got no reply.

We documented all of this with screen captures of the contact (Mobile Phone calls & the Facebook page Messenger) & eBay was kind enough to remove the Negative Feedback.

Here's is the Buyers info & note that the Phone number is to his Business & not a "Monitored" line as per his own voice-Greeting message indicates when you call it (Says to NOT leave a Message, it is not monitored)

Its a classic scam. Its obvious assholes that know they are trying to screw over the seller will not communicate with them and put that asshole on the spot. Thats the first indication. Second we dont do business with scumbags from New York especially that area. They think that their shit dont stink and regardless of what they do, its right and you have to put up with his shit. He thought he could pull his bullshit file false disputes and hide behind eBay. Assholes like this one will lie to everyone to get their own way. It doesnt matter what you link on other websites, its whatever policies you have listed on the page is what is the legal agreement. If you had a 30 day return policy and its 31 days, the asshole is SOL.
