| Details: | The buyer purchases 3 refurbished SIERRA WIRELESS AirLink GX440 LTE Wireless Cellular Modem/Gateways. Opens a return stating none of them work. I emailed the buyer what specifically does not work and received no reply. I receive the returned package only to find 2 of 3 have been returned and the 2 modems that were returned illustrate signs of disassembly (loose antenna nuts & loose PCIE mounting nut rattling inside one of the units). I investigated further only to find the buyer has swapped the AirPrime PCI Express Mini Cards inside the units! It is obvious since the IMEI numbers on the card does not match the exterior IMEI label. Sent the buyer another email and still no response. Same thing here "Buyer misuses returns this way so they don't have to pay for return shipping" and gets away with stealing too. |

YOu need to take all the complaints and send it to the police department were this asshole resides at. Next time get insurance, add the cost the shipping and whatever expenses you have. if there's a claim make the asshole sign and return the document. And make sure you tell this asshole on the return that you had taken pictures of the item and have special markings so that you know its yours returned.
