Purchased 500.00 dollars worth of stuff, we shipped the items 4 days later, The customer had plenty of time to cancel the order within those 4 days. The day the tracking information showed picked up by carrier, they messages stating they no longer want the items and put in for a return, so we intercepted the order from the carrier and had it returned to us and cancelled their order and refunded in full which takes a few days to show. The same day they put in for a return, the return tracking information showed they returned items and It was on it's way back to us, We couldn't understand why, since we intercepted the order and they didn't receive anything. Their return came and it was diapers! They tried to pull fraud ordering over 500.00 dollars worth of stuff and then returning diapers instead of the $500.00 worth of stuff they ordered. Good thing is we are aware of this type of fraud and already suspected it and why we pulled it from the carrier in the first place. I don't and can't see how this may have been a mistake, Beware!
