I am a Web Designer by profession. One Mr.Vavilala. Ramu, Proprietor of Bhanu Electronics, Business # Bhanu Electronics, Saraswathi Residency, Near Oriental Bank, Old Alwal-alwal, Hyderabad-500010, has approached me on 19-07-2020 and requested me to purchase the domain and develop a website in the name of “http://sonytvservicecenter.co/” which was paid. But Mr.Vavilala. Ramu, asked me for new website http://ledlcdservices.com. I considering the request of Mr.Vavilala. Ramu, agreed to purchase the site and also agreed to create Website and gave a quotation of Rs.16,500/- for which Mr.Vavilala. Ramu agreed to pay the same and further Mr.Vavilala. Ramu, again requested me to purchase three domains in the name of ledlcdtvrepair.co, ledlcdtvservicehyd.co, ledlcdtvservices.com, this time also I considered his request purchased the 3 domains costing Rs.3,000/- and Mr.Vavilala. Ramu has to pay an amount totalling to Rs.19,500/- (Rupees nineteen thousand five hundred only) to me.

I further state that, as per the request of Mr.Vavilala. Ramu, I developed the website http://sonytvservicecenter.co/ and also purchased 3 domains ledlcdtvrepair.co, ledlcdtvservicehyd.co, ledlcdtvservices.com. While developing the website from 25-07-2020 to 10-07-2020, Mr.Vavilala. Ramu was in regular contact with me giving instructions on the designs in the Website, but after completing the website by me and when I demanded Mr.Vavilala. Ramu to pay an amount of Rs.19,500/-, Mr.Vavilala. Ramu dodging the matter of paying the amount to me on one pretext or the other and finally from 10-08-2020 Mr.Vavilala. Ramu completely ignoring my calls and messages with an ill intention to cheat me.

I further state that, as Mr.Vavilala. Ramu is not paying me Rs.19,500/- nor responding to my calls and message, I issued the legal notice through my advocate on 26-08-2020 to Mr.Vavilala. Ramu, but my advocate received the undelivered legal notice with an endorsement of incomplete address, then I realised that, Mr.Vavilala. Ramu gave me wrong address with an conspiracy and intention to cheat me.

Therefore I request you sir, please take necessary legal action against Mr.Vavilala. Ramu, for conspiracy and cheating me, for which I shall be thankful to you.
