EBAY closed the case in my favor since my $200 brand new samsung earbuds was never returned to me , I won the ebay case, than this ebay scammer filed a charge back case later on paypal, i giving all my proof of delivery from receiver , paypal will not dispute the case on my behalf so i am out a brand new samsung earbuds and $200 dollars. The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. I will notify the buyer that their information is sent to the public so they can take actions
