This person purchased a pair of J. Crew Quoddy shoes from me. They received the shoes and had buyers remorse and made a false claim that the item was not as described. I tried to work with this buyer and they sent me numerous absurd emails and filed a claim against me. I contacted eBay and was told that I was protected because they had proof of the messages through my eBay account. Even though eBay said I was protected, they still issued a refund before I even received the shoes. Now I'm out the shoes and the money because this dishonest buyer lied.
