First off, you never ship anything until the funds are physically in your bank account. Never deal with anyone whatsoever especially from Ebay and PayPal. You took a transaction away from Ebay's website, which that alone would of gotten you banned. It also states clearly that you are not to do business outside eBay. So thats your own fault for being scammed! You made so many mistakes as a seller, that you shouldnt be allowed to sell. Now your out possibly the product and the money, you deserve it for being stupid!

People pay through paypal and it is not exclusive for eBay. Idiot!
And second of all, you shouldn’t give any reason for anyone to scam anybody. What a moron telling the seller that it was his fault that he scammed. You need mental help. And how sure are you that he didnt get the money nefore he shipped? Or how sure are you that what was purchased was a tangible item and not a service?

You guys are so childish seller. If this happen to me and my personal information got leaked by a childish seller. I would sue you. This breach eBay policy, A childish seller did this to me in past. I had eBay to step in and tell him re-moved it as a warning or his account will be revoked.
doing outside business to avoid fees can get your account suspended as the buyer knew that.
