Purchased an item which is listed to be shipped within 2 business days of payment. The item comes with free economy shipping and I did a favor by upgrading to first class package for free as requested. Purchase made on Monday. Shipping label created and item dropped off on the same day. Item departs the post office and is in transit on the next day (Tuesday). Keep sending impolite and sarcastic emails claiming that the item has not been shipped. Does not know how to count and saying the shipping is 2 days late. Claiming that "it is not shipping" when USPS tracking record clearly shows the item has departed the post office.
