Ebay withheld the funds that were 2,015.00, Ebay investigated and closed the case and is now putting the case by paypal, is an Scammer that changes the username and email address to not be found. I hope some stop Him. |

This person did the same to me (and to another seller on this site). His username for my ebay transaction was "toplinetw". Ebay certainly has the funds and the lawyers to pursue a criminal case against him and I truly hope they do.
