A person using this same name and email address did the exact same thing to me last month, only the item was a Hakushu 18 bottle. I also had to research with the USPS and send them a scan of the label proving he mailed it to a different address in my same zip code. Since they had erroneously refunded his money upon getting a valid tracking number, instead of waiting for me to confirm if I had actually received the item, they ultimately had to refund me. I hope they pursue this person, especially because it is a federal crime to commit fraud via the USPS.

This person.people need to be stopped. I didnt even know about this site until the police officer told me about it. Lucky for me I think we caught this in time so that ebay didnt refund the money yet.

We also got scammed by this person, same exact way as all these other people. Delivered return to a different address in the same city. Ebay sided with the buyer and refunded him in full. Ridiculous

First off Anaheim is a high crime town in Ca. These addresses are residential not business. You need to all contact PayPal and get that account shut down. If you do nothing about it, then its going to happen over and over again. You people wont ban together and stop this person because your too lazy. And its going to happen again and again because you have the moron idea that someone is going to do your work for you.
