This person is either really nutty or a con artist. Shortly after delivery she started making wild claims. First she says the package was delivered to a UPS access point when the package was actually shipped fedex. That makes no sense! Then she claimed it was shipped to a different state and signed for by a gentleman. How would she know this? The tracking certainly didn't say that. She never would respond to our emails but continued to send emails that looked like they were written by a child. Her last claim to fame is filing a AtoZ claim. What her game is I don't know but she keeps changing her story.
