Details: | This buyer claimed not receiving the laptop, after UPS started investigate the shipment, he said he found the laptop on his lawn, but damaged. So he wanted full refund. I sent him return label & arranged UPS driver to inspect & pick up the package, but he was not available for 3 UPS driver attempts, and not willing to return the laptop, neither replied my message. UPS Tracking # 1Z8XV3264294881054 can prove my words. Then he filed chargeback with his credit card, and had the laptop on his hand. SCAM BUYER |

First and formost, the buyer wouldnt get any refund until he can return the item. Secondly, you made arrangments to take the package back and the buyer didnt bother to take your return attempts. So right there he'd loose any case if you stressed that. Who said the item was damaged? because UPS would want the package back for inspection if its in the 100s of dollars. He will not get any money back whatsoever if he's in possession of the item and you made attempts to have the item returned. It was the buyer's own scam that you need to stress.
