If he thinks he can still run and hide, then get a collection agency after the asshole. Next time try to limit your losses, since you dont know anyone from the internet, you should try to limit your purchases to 1 per customer.

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site.
