There are many Russian buyers on eBay using mail forwarding services (US address re sending internationally) - and I often get in trouble with them.
So you think you shipped to USA, in fact item sent to somewhere else. As seller, you cannot guarantee shipping/handling/delivery time, etc
In some cases, mail forwarder confused and sent the wrong item - and I as seller had to be responsible for that(((
Besides, Russia has very bad postal system
So I ship internationally via eBay GSP only
