Anything that is over a certain value, make sure you get signature required or restricted delivery. You should file fraud disputes charges against her for fraud. She purposely waited until the final days in which the dispute time frame would expire and to catch you off guard thinking that you wouldnt have any sales order information still on the system. We'd still send the bitch a collections notice.

So right. The problem is that currently due to COVID 19, signature required option or insurance is not working. People want UNTACT delivery without a signature, and some unconscientious people take advantage of this situation. What a shame!
