| Details: | Customer has placed several orders on our website, using different addresses. We shipped an order out to her via Fed Ex 2nd day air and of course, after we shipped her order, her card declined. We have caught 3 more orders that she placed and luckily haven't processed anymore for her. Her pre-authorizations usually go thru, but it's when you go to process the final sale, her card declines. Not sure if she's disputing these charges or not. |

She has placed several orders on our website, using a couple different addresses. One in Stockton CA and another in Miami Fl. We released her first order on good faith, but of course after we shipped her order (Fed EX 2nd day air) and processed her payment, her card declined. She's been ordering bulk cases of Scott Toilet Tissue from us at about $80 a case. Not sure what she's doing with all this toilet paper, but luckily we've been catching the rest of her orders that have come thru.
