What did you do when you reported it to amazon. then you should start insuring ever single thing you ship making the buyer pay for the insurance in your shipping. amazon is going to rip you off every single time and give into the buyer's bullshit so you either go someplace else and dont do anything with amazon or start insuring everything to protect your losses
