We shipped a brand new correct item, the buyer claims wrong item sent and returned completely different used broken item. Justin Macleod is nothing but a common crook.

After the parcel was delivered successfully, the buyer reported to the bank and said it's a fake card payment, and request the full refund, we sent emails to check, but no response.
