Customer is very rude, bossy, condescending, verbally abusive, and unpleasant. She curses and tells Agents that she is the boss and they are only there to serve her and you are there to only do as she says. She threatens chargebacks and says even if she disputes the charge to get her money back, we do not have a right to cancel her order. Customer spent over 15 minutes screaming at our agent and telling them what to do instead of listening to what we could offer to rectify the matter. Customer then sent extremely rude email and stating our Agent was "using foul language and cursing", all our phone calls are recorded so this was certainly untrue. Just a few of the customers comments that we have record of just via email "You are there to SERVE me as a customer.
