UPS tracking showed package was delivered to buyer's home and handed to a person. Later the same day, buyer e-mailed me, stating that she had been given my package at the post office and that it was untaped, open, and empty. Her tone was rude and nasty. I referenced my package's tracking number and asked buyer for photos of the package she received. She sent me photos of a box with a different shipping address. I advised that this was not the package I sent and that I could not refund her money. She continued to e-mail me through the night, becoming more and more abusive. I refunded her money ($10.00!) the next day, hoping to avoid a negative. Buyer negged me anyway. Avoid this crazy chick at all costs!
