That's one of the reason I don't sell on Amazon any more. They are 100% for the customers, but 0% for the sellers.

Warning. This buyerLouise Taylor is a troublemaker on Amazon. They will immediately leave negative feedback and file an A-Z claim to get a full refund. Attempting to keep the item that was correctly received for free. Multiple orders all resulting in the same thing
