Won auction for and bought Kodak all in one printer. 3 weeks after delivery, when I solicited him for positive feedback, he said the item didn't work and he wanted a refund. But he refused to return the printer, even when I offered to send him a pre-paid shipping label. He threatened to leave negative feedback and open a case with ebay if I did not refund his money and let him keep the printer. He did finally leave negative feedback and open a buyer protection case with ebay, which took away my top-rated seller status for the month of December, my busiest month. He has not returned the item, so ebay will find in my favor, but losing my top rated seller status lost me countless amounts of money in search preference and final value fee discounts. Do NOT do business with this liar and thief!!!
