Sends message stating the item is not as described, but in the same message says they are disabled, doesn't drive, and doesn't "Do Returns". Wants us to refund the payment so they can keep the item for free.

Jessica Prescott ripped me off. She said that she did not receive her order. I had no choice but to refund her as the item was inexpensive and I did not send it with tracking. Jessica Prescott is nothing but a shoplifting petty thief.
