I would NOT suggest accepting orders from Norma Molina at Marma Vibes. Unfortunately this customers package was misplaced by our local USPS station. The customer emailed us and inquired about her package. We put in an investigation for the package to be located and contacted our local hub. The package was found at 9:30 PM that night. Norma Molina instead sent us emails calling us liars, being rude, saying she contacted USPS and they said we were lying. Norma Molina, who works at a business, should understand that if a package is lost, this is completely out of our control. Norma Molina should also understand that USPS across the United States is ALL CLOSED at 9:30 PM at night and we are not able to give USPS a package at 9:30 PM at night. Norma Molina can't seem to understand this somehow and instead says we are lying because the 1-800 number she contacted said we hadn't given USPS the package yet. We gave USPS the package and they misplaced it and found it at 9:30 PM at night which is HOW the package showed as accepted at 9:30 PM. Otherwise NO USPS is OPEN to give USPS a package at 9:30 PM at night. The 1-800 number is also a CALL CENTER and she did not contact the STATION to see if they had the package. The station also doesn't put notes on each package that they misplaced for a few days.

This customer instead of understanding that this was out of our control and we resolved it ASAP, she left us a bad review calling us liars. She then proceeded to leave another bad review several hours later under another name.

I would not suggest allowing this customer to purchase from you. She is rude and will leave you bad reviews when you're doing the best you can do resolve the situation. She will also leave you bad reviews after you immediately resolve the situation.
