Bought 2 servers, paid combined USPS shipping for one. Item weighed over 70 lb USPS limit. Offered to refund his money immediately. He said ship UPS instead. Advised him that UPS would cost more. He leaves a negative about how long it took to ship (he received item in 3 days from when he paid), and then says he will remove it if I give him a refund of UPS fees. Feedback extortion. Added his name here, and submit his email and address for doxing.

First off you don't refund anyone until you get the original product back in its original condition. As long as you have your documentation submit it to Ebay showing his extoration they should remove it.

And dont put yourself in a position where its you vs the customer and ebay. If it does consider selling off ebay.

I was the buyer, this is materially inaccurate.

Order was placed March 14th. Paid March 14th. Estimated delivery was Mar 22nd.

Hi Steven,
Thanks for your purchase of the 2 servers! Unfortunately, there is a problem with the shipping amount. The servers weigh roughly 45 pounds each. I see you've paid for two servers, but eBay only charged you shipping for one. The cost for postage alone (not including any packaging that we need) is $78 and change. What would you like us to do? We can either ship you the one server and refund the cost of the second, or I can send you a followup invoice for the remainder of the shipping cost. I may actually need to send this via UPS instead of our normal carrier, USPS, as they have a weight limit of 70 pounds. Please advise, and I will be happy to get you your server (s) asap.
Thanks,

Me

According to eBay, shipping bfor each item to my zip code is approximately 29 dollars, so I was absolutely charged shipping for two items. If you are telling me that shipping is almost 80 dollars per unit, that is virtually the cost of a whole additional unit. To be honest, I would like both units at the price I paid for them, and if there is an issue with how the shipping was calculated, you and eBay can have a conversation without me about addressing it. What are you suggesting the additional net cost to me is, beyond what I already paid?

cmonm-us: (Mar 20th)

I understand your concern. I have gone ahead and shipped the item to you at a loss to me. It was $110 to ship the servers to you via UPS, which was the only option, since the USPS has a limit of 70 pounds. (The servers weighed in at 107 lbs.) I have prove idea a tracking number, and they should be there within the next few days. I appreciate your concern, and wish you the best. Have a great day!

Me

UPS is perfect for me, as soon as you get the tracking number, that will be great. If it was only $30 more than expected, I'm comfortable splitting the difference, I just wasn't comfortable with $80 more.

cmonm-us:

Why did you leave me a negative without contacting me? I went above and beyond to get your items to you at a LOSS to me to uphold my end of the transaction. That's despicable. And I ASKED for the correct shipping cost. I hope you enjoy your product. Have a great day.

The servers arrived on Mar 28th, poorly packaged and dented. I feel like I was an extremely patient buyer, and the seller was upset because he couldn't get more money out of me.

That’s a cute response, over a year later. You’ve still got those servers though, don’t you? Materially inaccurate is a joke. You knew you were getting the 2nd server without paying because of a loophole in ebay shipping policy. You are a big part of the problem on eBay. You exploit sellers any way you can. I contacted some of the other sellers you’ve done business with and this is not the first time you’ve done this. Im sure this isn’t the first time you’ve done something like this in your real estate business as well. That may be the only materially inaccurate statement I’ve made yet.
