Make sure you have a warranty policy clearly stated. Also the pictures should be clear of what the buyer had purchased. If you did that, then the moron buyer would of seen the name in the pictures of the item. You can simply show EBay that the item was as described because whatever the idiot was claiming was in full view of him at the time of purchase.
