He is my first customer. Sent him a used set-top box (2nd generation) in excellent working order and cosmetic condition. Listing is return not accepted. But 10 days after successful delivery, without contacting me at all, he filed a return request claiming that he received a non working box of first generation instead of one good working second generation box. Obviously a scam artist, avoid at all cost.
