We also had a very annoying experience. He claimed that an item arrived damaged yet refused to provide any pictures. Avoid this junky buyer. His claim is full of crap.

Ebay has become better with returns. They now tell sellers to take a video of the return as you are taking it out of the packaging. If the buyer returns it damaged or it is exactly as the seller described, eBay will rule in the favor of the seller. It's about time!
