Thats why you never ship to any other address other then the credit card's billable address. Depending on the amount, expensive items should only be shipped restricted delivery. You dont know anyone from a hole in the wall.

report the seller to ebay, contact host of website (cloudflare) report abuse. Then doxx seller.
