Buyer purchased tickets from me on 11/7/18 for PAX Unplugged, an event taking place on 11/18/17. I shipped the tickets to the buyer on 11/8/18 in a stamped envelope. I also sold the same kind of tickets to 2 other buyers also via a stamped envelope. This unscrupulous buyer waited until 3 days after the event on 11/21/17 to claim he did not receive the tickets and had to cancel his trip. Had he contacted me prior to the event date I would have gladly provided him with replacement tickets or a refund. Buyer lives in Massachusetts and the event is in Philadelphia so you would think he would have contacted me before having to cancel his travel and hotel arrangements. Buyer chose to take advantage of the fact that I did not provide tracking. I am a 100% ranked seller for many years and have never intentionally defrauded anyone.
