Details: | Buyer waited a week until my feedback was posted and then gave me a negative rating. They claimed item was broken and demanded a partial refund. A full refund was offered upon return of the item. The buyer then said they had already made repairs (not agreed to and against Ebay's policy) and became abusive with foul and threatening language. (I am being a bit general because of this aggression.)
There appears to be more than one bad buyer using with different user names and boxes at CAMARATC, a freight forwarding company but the same scheme of asking for a partial refund due to receiving a damaged item. The merchandise was NOT returned. These could be different people or one person using several identities. The exact same m.o. has been described here by other Sellers; only the user name is different. |
