Customer purchased a sealed tarot deck and asked to return it after she opened it. Our return policy clearly states no returns on opened decks as we can't resell them. We do not sell used items.
She emailed us very hostile saying she hated the deck and wanted to return it. We stated this is against our policy and can't accept the return. She stated our return policy was confusing. The return policy literally states: We will NOT accept returns on tarot/oracle decks if they are opened.
She sends us hostile emails asking for the manager and cussing at us telling us our return policy doesn't make sense. You can't get anymore simple than how we stated it. She literally writes:
"You are a fucking Idiot. Your CS skills suck ass!! Deal with it dummy. You can't write. No wonder you took it so personally. Now, go fuck yourself."
Please do not deal with this woman - she is incredibly rude and ridiculous. There is no excuse. She also told us we can accept her return and sell it ourself on Merci (a platform like ebay). She can do that - how arrogant to even suggest we sell her item for less on a different platform other than our store because she demands it be returned? Entitled.
