Sold her a gorgeous cz with a huge stone. At the time I eyeballed it to be approx 4 -5 carat in diamond weight size and said it was a huge stone. I cleaned, removed all tarnish and polished said ring. Posted, sold, etc. I placed ring in a gorgeous hinged cushioned ring box and sent to her right away. I hear back from her immediately that this stone was not huge and better yet the smallest stone she has ever seen. All this time she is threatening to open a case blah blah blah. I tell her send ring back whatever (mind you she is angry because this is costing her time and money in shipping never mind my time and my money to ship this free shipping item). So I get this ring back and it is sent back in a best buy flier, seriously. No box not even the one I sent her. Well the stone was channel set and when we went to measure the ring (so I could prove the beast wrong) it turns out to be 8 carat cz weight as we are measuring it the stone is going click click, click click. She either damaged it or her lousy packaging damage it. So now to reset the stone it will need to be recleaned and polished with the whole thing taking us 1 - 1.5 hours or lets just say $50 bucks all for a ring she got at half it's worth really. So I offered her the broken ring back or half her money back. She opened the ebay case as not as described. I fought, I lost and I will tell you this buyer is crazy. Just nasty. I will gladly show anyone our conversations back and forth. BTW she claims that this is how she sends everything back and gets compliments for it (yeah cause some people will kiss tail for positive feedback, I will not) she is one of those who keeps spinning more lies to keep the first lie going. You would be best to ban this crazy one, for sure!!
