Details: | Buyer purchased an expensive comic book, replaced it with two comics of far lesser value, returned to parcel to USPS claiming that he never opened it and that it was good for a free return-to-sender. THEN he requested a return via Amazon. No official Amazon return label was ever used, since he already did a return to sender. Immediately upon reception of return, the seller had his local post office witness the obvious tampering and incorrect contents of the parcel. Buyer still insisted on a refund. He now has several reports made to the Postal Inspection Service for the crimes of: tampering with mail, mail fraud, extortion. |
