Buyer first tried to claim non receipt. Tracking showed delivered. Notified buyer of same. Buyer then blames carriers. Buyer wrote eight times and admitted buying but was seeking refund!

Buyer found he would not be refunded as carrier delivered. Buyer then waited two weeks and opened a chargeback claim with credit card company saying ever authorized! Of course Pay pal will try to fight it.

Just beware of this buyer...
